Green Belt
The Wanborough Parish is fortunate to be surrounded by a large area of highly attractive and historic Green Belt countryside, which helps define the character of where we live.
The Government's National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and Guildford Borough Council's Local Plan are both very clear that, with some very limited exceptions, development in the Green Belt is inappropriate and therefore unacceptable.
The Parish Council will always strongly object to ALL inappropriate development in the Green Belt around Wanborough.
